Job Description
Handling more than 200 inbound and outbound calls a day from patients, case managers and therapists. Scheduling more than 50 patients a day. Used WellSky Kinnser for more than 2 years where I check all the patients’ information, documentations and notes. We also use Trello to document all the information regarding the calls we received and tagged it to the right department. I was able to work with different departments like
Intake and Discharge and also handled emails.
Cold calling people who have a property to sell and gathering information from the owner regarding the property and then schedule them an appointment with our manager and our manager will make an offer on their property.
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their internet bills, complaints and troubleshooting.
Doing outbound calls for doctors and nurses to request permission to release medications for patients.
