Job Description

Daily data entry of income and expense transactions.

Weekly monitoring of accounts payable and receivable using Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, Braintree, or Stripe.

Bi-weekly posting of payroll journal entries from Gusto, Rippling, or Trinet.

Monthly book close which includes banks, credit card, and loan amortization reconciliation, posting of adjusting journal entries for prepaid, accruals and other necessary adjustments, preparation of financial reports, and review of Those reports.

Assist in any ad-hoc tasks requested by the controller or the client.

Collaborate closely with the controller and the clientʼs team for seamless month- End and year-end close.
