About Melugrace

I have worked in the Human Resource field for almost 7 years now. I have 5 years of solid experience in all facets of HR such as end-to-end recruitment, compensation and benefits, timekeeping and payroll, employee and labor relations, and records management. Aside from HR experience, I also have experience in Admin such as office administration, permits and renewals, purchasing and inventory, and other admin tasks that my superiors will instruct from time to time.

Job Description

Driven Manpower Corporation is a start-up manpower agency company located in Malate, Manila. The HR department in this company consists only of me as HR Supervisor and one HR Assistant. Technically, I do all facets of HR and also oversee the whole operation of the company as well. I also do marketing and clients meeting.

Provides input to managers in regard to potential enhancements to current personnel practices;

Provides human resources-related training and may act as trainer for training development as needed and appropriate, addressing areas such as performance counseling and employee relations issues.

Monitors performance evaluation process.
