Job Description

Responsible for the administration of end to end recruitment process

Facilitate employee Relations and Employee Engagements

Organization of Employee 201 Files

Screening of Job Applications

Administration of qualifying exams for all applicants and checking and interpretations of test scores

Part of onboarding team for the orientation of newly hired employees

Clerical works such as answering phone calls, recording of file documents, sending of memo's to different departments, managing emails and attending to employee's inquiries.
