Job Description

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Processed order from our customers like CMA, MAERSK, HAPAG LLOYD and any other big steamship lines

Equipment control

Call drivers for their update in case there would accidents or issues with their trailers.

Call customers if they have shipments in/out of port of NY/NJ.

Set appointments with the warehouse for the delivery or pick up of the products

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Generate sales leads

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
