Job Description
Scheduling
All employee information across all sites are updated and loaded on our system
Creating profiles for new hires and new hires
Updating of PTOs, Sick Leaves, schedule changes, VTOs and slide shifts
Real Time Skilling
Flagging auxes with passing of threshold
Monitoring queues and service level
Sending Showrate reports daily, intraday performances, reforecasting real time
Monitoring and soliciting OTs if needed, VTOs if low queue
Providing assistance to the Ops Team
Engaging in Sick Hotline wherein employees can do a call-out
Engaging in Daily Team Meeting with Ops Team to discuss their previous performances, absences, concerns or any recommendations
Root Cause Analysis and providing resolution to any paint points
Getting Call Drivers whenever we experience high volume
