Job Description

Act as a primary contact for those seeking to make appointments. Answer telephones and give information 
to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Manage and maintain Department Head schedule and calendar.

Read and analyze incoming memos, submission and reports to determine their significance and plan their 
distribution or appropriate action.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end service report and statistics.
